STOCKTON, Mo. (KY3) - Cedar County authorities identified a woman found dead in a brush fire.

Sheriff James McCrary says the victim is Shaniya S. Haynes, 27. Investigators identified her through a rapid DNA test.

Deputies arrested three men in the case. The sheriff believes the body was put in the fire on Tuesday to hide evidence of a crime.

Bradley Keith, Brandon Choate, and Jimi Cole face tampering with evidence and abandonment of a corpse charges. Sheriff McCrary says he expects more charges to be filed in the case.
