LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Monday, members of the Senate Judiciary Committee approved SB401, known as 'The Liza Fletcher Act.'
If approved, the new law would allow for rapid DNA testing for persons arrested in Arkansas who are facing a felony charge.
